《超/人》纪录片曝光预告片,看克里斯托弗瘫痪后的真实生活

On August 27th, the trailer for the documentary "Super/Man: The Christopher Reeve Story" was unveiled. Directed by Ian Bonhôte and Peter Ettedgui, this film delves into the life of the late actor who became a global sensation as Superman, and his extraordinary journey following a devastating horse-riding accident in 1995 that left him paralyzed. The actor's resilience and courage, as he battled to find treatments for spinal cord injuries, is highlighted in Deadline's coverage, which describes Reeve as "more heroic than the caped superhero he portrayed."

In the trailer, Christopher Reeve shares his thoughts on heroism, saying, "I believe a hero is an ordinary individual who finds the strength to persevere and endure in spite of overwhelming obstacles." The documentary features previously unseen personal footage and extensive archives, alongside intimate interviews with Reeve's three children, and conversations with colleagues and friends from Hollywood.

"Super/Man: The Christopher Reeve Story" is set to premiere in select U.S. theaters through DC Studios and Fathom Events on September 21st, with additional screenings scheduled for September 25th, which would have been Christopher Reeve's birthday.
